I've grown a lot as a person in recent years. I feel very proud of the progress I've made. Yet I still carry a lot of guilt about my past and things I said and did before my bipolar diagnosis. I've Been struggling to move past that part and forgive myself.
This painting reflects being trapped in your own mental box of rehashing past mistakes when we've grown, done the work and are not longer that person.
