This painting makes me think of the times I'm crashing out but silently. I don't want to scare or worry anyone around me, so I just sit quietly while inside my head I am screaming out and barely holding it together. I know that isn't healthy, but sometimes it's all we can do until we can get to a proper coping mechanism.
